On May 28, 30 individuals of all ages from far and near joined Adam MacKinnon, SINERR staff and Friends of Sapelo Volunteers on Sapelo Island for Crab and Shrimp Day. Each year SINERR sponsors a day for the community to come and learn about the island’s history, the coastal estuary and eat fresh crabs and shrimp.  Special thanks to FOS members Ethel Wilson, Don Benz, Jane & Gerry Meyer, Penny Rossier, Larry Tippens, Bob Wilson Linda and JD Daniels and Tonya Lam for their help in making this day a huge success.
